Project Description - Complete renovation of a 5 storey Victorian House into a late night venue & club. Each floor has it's own identity and function which interlink with each other. Ground floor snug bar and gastro food eating area are finished with deep reds, greens and cowhide & tartans coupled with dark timber finishes to create a cosy intimate feel. The original grand curved staircase was brought back to its original glory with individual bespoke wrought iron balustrades, feature recesses and bespoke wall paper leading up to the 1st & 2nd floor nightclub with specialist cocktail bars with designated dance floor and 3rd floor large open rooftop terrace bar.Each space is richly decorated with an ecclectic mix of feature wall elements creating a stylish venue full of character.

Ground Floor - Raised level eating area with feature display boxes finished in black & white Rolling Stone magazine pages creating a backdrop to the owners vintage radio, record player and camera collection. Walls and ceilings are finished with tactice embossed wallpaper and metal ceiling tiles finished in a deep Victorian Red. 

Ground Floor -Traditional Snug Bar with low ceilings, cosy snug seating and pour your own pint bar with Guiness Tap. This space plays host to a wide variety of memoribilia collected by the owner.

Staircase - to upper levels with bespoke wrought iron balustrades, wall recesses finished in Rolling Stone magazine pages. Comissioned wallpaper with circus and vnitage posters running full height to the ceiling and feature dropped pendants.

Second Floor - Finished with painted embossed wall paper to reflect light around the space. A long bar with metallic leather deep button front is the focal point of the space. A small private snug area hidden away for small parties. 

Roof Top Space - Open air terrace.
